<p>Desi are dimensiuni mai mari si viteza maxima de peste 200 de  kilometri la ora, conceptul Flextreme GT/E este proiectat pentru a  asigura performante similare celor ale Ampera: <strong>o autonomie de  functionare de pana la 60 de kilometri pe baza energiei asigurate de  baterie</strong>, cu zero emisii de CO2, si <strong>o autonomie totala  de peste 500 de kilometri.</strong> Consumul mediu de carburant este  estimat la 1,6 l/100 km, cu emisii de CO2 sub 40 g/km.</p>

<p>Spre  deosebire de un autovehicul hibrid, rotile conceptului sunt tot timpul  actionate electric. Pentru calatorii de pana la 60 de kilometri, energia  este asigurata de un pachet de baterii litiu-ion in forma literei T,  amplasat sub podea si scaunele din spate.</p>
<p>Totusi, spre deosebire  de un autovehicul electric actionat doar de baterie, conceptul Flextreme  GT/E elimina orice grija privind autonomia de deplasare si teama de a  ramane fara sursa de energie. Micul  generator/motor pe benzina produce curent electric fara discontinuitati,  in cazul in care resursele bateriei sunt scazute. Astfel, autonomia  este extinsa peste 500 de kilometri, pana in momentul in care se poate  reincarca bateria prin conectare la reteaua de electricitate sau se  poate face realimentarea cu carburant a autovehiculului.</p>
<p>Motorul  unitatii de propulsie electrice genereaza instantaneu un cuplu  substantial de 370 Nm, ce asigura performante de exceptie si o  accelerare proiectata <strong>de la 0 la 100 km/h in mai putin de 9  secunde. </strong></p>
<p>Conceptul Opel Flextreme GT/E, ce are o lungime  de 4,7 metri, ilustreaza cum tehnologia propulsiei electrice cu  autonomie extinsa (E-REV) poate fi utilizata la autovehiculele de  dimensiuni mari sau medii, precum si la autovehicule compacte, cum este  viitorul Ampera.</p>
<p>Modelul are o garda la sol joasa si o structura  lata, lumini fata si spate in forma de aripa, partea frontala si grila  radiatorului distinctive, montanti C cu design cursiv si o caroserie cu  forme sculpturale.</p>
<p>Partea frontala cu caracteristici de design  simple include o linie joasa a capotei si o sectiune extinsa in fata,  incadrata de farurile cu LED-uri in forma de aripa, semnatura marcii.  Acestea sunt sculptate adanc in aripile fata si in linia capotei. Noua  grila a radiatorului de forma trapezoidala este ingusta. Bara cromata  proeminenta in forma de aripa poarta o emblema Opel de dimensiuni mari,  care are si rolul de priza pentru incarcarea pachetului de baterii al  conceptului Flextreme GT/E.</p>
<p>Partea superioara a grilei  radiatorului este utilizata pentru admisia aerului de racire, cea  inferioara fiind acoperita cu un panou translucid.</p>
<p>Capota  sculpturala, cu linia centrala purtand semnatura Opel, are pe ambele  laturi fante longitudinale inguste, pentru a asigura evacuarea aerului  din compartimentul motor. Aripile puternice si pasajele rotilor se  curbeaza in caroserie, inspre spate.</p>
<p>Accesul in habitaclu este  facilitat de usile spate cu balamale posterioare, o evolutie a  conceptului Opel FlexDoors prezent la noua generatie a monovolumului  Meriva. Pentru a pastra un aspect armonios al exteriorului, toate  manerele usilor au fost inlocuite cu senzori de lumina. Cand sunt  acoperiti de mana soferului sau a unui pasager, acestia deschid usile.  Pentru a reduce rezistenta, oglinzile exterioare de pe usile din fata au  fost, de asemenea, inlocuite cu mici camere video amplasate la baza  montantilor A.</p>
<p>Transparenta panoului de sticla fixat in centrul  acoperisului poate fi adaptata pentru a permite razelor soarelui sa  incalzeasca interiorul in timpul iernii, dar capatand o nuanta inchisa,  pentru a mentine racoarea in timpul verii. Un canal amplasat in marginea  inferioara a acoperisului are rolul de a raci suplimentar bateria si  componentele electronice.</p>

<p><strong>“Global Compact Car”</strong>, inlocuitorul actualei  generatii Micra este primul model Nissan dezvoltat pe noua platforma V.  Reducerea masei in vederea scaderii consumului de carburant si a  emisiilor poluante au fost prioritatea proiectului platformei V. <strong>In  Romania si in restul Europei se va comercializa incepand cu toamna lui  2010. </strong></p>
<p><a href="http://www.wall-street.ro/articol/Auto/80074/Realizat-din-conceptul-Qazana-crossover-ul-Nissan-Juke-este-disponibil-in-toamna.html"><strong>Juke</strong></a>,  model de segment B, vine cu o motorizare pe benzina de 1,6 litri,  supraalimentat, cu injectie directa, care dezvolta 190 CP si un cuplu  maxim de 240 Nm. Aceasta versiune va fi disponibila cu tractiunea Nissan  ALL-MODE 4&#215;4-i ce prezinta o inovatie in segmentul B: distribuie in  proportie de pana la 50:50 tractiunea intre puntea fata si cea spate.  Gama mai cuprinde motorul pe benzina de 1,6 litri 117 CP si dieselul 1,5  dCi 110 CP. <strong>Comercializarea in Europa, inclusiv Romania, va lua  startul in toamna lui 2010.</strong></p>
<p><strong><a href="http://www.wall-street.ro/top/Auto/78907/Top-constructori-auto-care-vor-produce-masini-electrice/6/Nissan.html#slide_title">Leaf</a> </strong>este modelul electric Nissan de segment C. Leaf a fost primul  vehicul electric destinat comercializarii pe scara larga si primul  dintr-o intreaga gama de vehicule electrice ce va fi dezvoltata de  Nissan si de partenerul sau de Alianta, Renault. Construit pe o  platforma noua, Leaf este lung de 4,45 m, lat de 1,78 m si inalt de 1,55  m. Motorul electric Nissan dezvolta 80 kw si cuplul maxim de 280 Nm,  automobilul atingand viteza maxima de 140 km/h.</p>
<p>Bateria litiu-ion  de 90 kw ofera o autonomie de 160 km. Formata din 48 de module, bateria  s-a amplasat sub scaune si in podea. Folosind sistemul de incarcare  rapida DC50kw, se poate incarca pana la 80 la suta din capacitate in 30  de minute. Pana la raspandirea acestui sistem, vehiculul poate fi  incarcat de catre proprietar si la o priza de 220~240 V, 16 A. O astfel  de incarcare dureaza 8 ore.<strong> Pe unele piete din Europa, Leaf va  putea fi comandat din vara lui 2010. </strong></p>
<p>Noul crossover <a href="http://www.wall-street.ro/articol/Auto/80146/Noul-Nissan-Qashqai-in-martie-in-Romania.html"><strong>Nissan  Qashqai facelift</strong></a>, produs la uzina din Sunderland &#8211; Marea  Britanie, vine cu motorizarile diesel de 1,5 litri 106 CP (ECO), 1,5  litri 103 CP (filtru de particule), 2,0 litri 150 CP si benzina 1,6  litri 114CP si 2,0 litri 141CP. Motorizarea noua este cea ecologica 106  CP &#8211; ECO.</p>
<p><strong>Noul Pathfinder si noul Navara </strong>vor fi  dezvaluite la Salonul Auto de la Geneva, echipate cu noul motor diesel  3,0 V6 care dezvolta 238 CP si cuplul maxim de 550 Nm. Propulsorul de  2,5 litri a fost upgradat in sensul cresterii performantelor si scaderii  consumului si a emisiilor poluante, dezvolta 190 CP. <strong>Noul  Pathfinder si Noul Navara vor putea fi comandate in primavara lui 2010.</strong></p>
<p><strong>370  Z Roadster</strong>, versiunea decapotabila a legendarului Z, se  lanseaza in Europa cu ocazia Salonului Auto de la Geneva. Motorul de 3,7  litri dezvolta 328 CP si cuplul de 363 Nm, caracterul sportiv fiind  accentuat de prezenta tractiunii spate. Automobilul poate fi echipat cu  transmisia manuala Syncro Rev Control sau cu cutia de viteze automata in  7 trepte, cu comenzi la volan.</p>
<p>Plafonul 370 Z se pliaza complet  in 20 de secunde, fara a fi nevoie sa se deconecteze puncte de fixare.  De asemenea, poate fi comandat din afara automobilului, prin apasarea  timp de trei secunde a butonului telecomenzii inchiderii centralizate. <strong>Se  va comercializa in aceasta primavara.</strong></p>

<p>Modelul a parasit fabrica Lamborghini din Sant’Agata Bolognese,  avand ca destinatie un cumparator din China.</p>
<p>Din modelul  anterior, Lamborghini Diablo, au fost produse aproximativ 2.900  exemplare in cei 11 ani de productie.</p>
<p>Murcielago SuperVeloce LP  670-4 cu numarul 4.000 reprezinta o versiune mai usoara a modelului de  baza Murcielago LP 640.</p>
<p>Prin cresterea puterii motorului <strong>V12  de 6,5 l pana la 670 CP </strong>si reducerea greutatii cu 100 kg,  raportul putere-greutate rezultat este de 2,3 kg/CP.</p>
<p><strong>In  3,2 secunde, SuperVeloce LP 670-4 accelereaza de la 0 la 100 km/h si  poate atinge o viteza maxima de 342 km/h.</strong> Numai 350 de  exemplare SuperVeloce vor fi produse din aceasta serie limitata.</p>
<p>Murcielago  SuperVeloce cu numarul 4.000 a fost comandat de un client din China si  va fi livrat in showroom-ul Lamborghini din Hangzhou.</p>
<p>China a  devenit o piata de o importanta strategica pentru masinile sport  Lamborghini, mai mult de un sfert din productie fiind livrata in  regiunea Asia – Pacific.</p>

<p>Circa  60 de autoturisme Peugeot an de fabricatie dupa 2000 neinmatriculate in  Romania pot fi gasite pe autovit.ro</p>
<p><strong>In luna ianuarie 2009, inmatricularile de autoturisme rulate au  avut un declin de 52% comparativ cu aceeasi luna din 2008, pana la 5.941  unitati.</strong></p>

<p>Intrebat in legatura cu participatia Renault in cadrul Volvo,  presedintele-director general al Renault, Carlos Ghosn, a declarat joi,  cu ocazia prezentarii rezultatelor financiare, ca &#8220;nu este  momentul pentru a face vanzari de active&#8221;, informeaza NewsIn.</p>
<p>Pozitia  &#8220;nu s-a schimbat de joi&#8221;, a declarat pentru AFP un reprezentant al  grupului.</p>
<p>Ghosn si-a exprimat dorinta de a reduce datoria Renault  de la 6 miliarde de euro la 3 miliarde euro, ceea ce ar insemna ca &#8221;la  un moment dat va trebui sa acceptam sa cedam active&#8221;, a spus el.</p>
<p>Presedintele  grupului francez a subliniat, insa, ca pentru Renault nu este momentul  pentru a ceda active, estimand ca acestea &#8220;sunt necesare acum pentru  toti cei care au situatie financiara dificila&#8221;.</p>
<p>Grupul francez  Renault a inregistrat in 2009 o <a href="http://www.wall-street.ro/articol/Auto/80062/Pierderi-de-peste-3-mld-euro-pentru-Renault-in-2009.html"><strong>cifra  de afaceri</strong></a> de 33,7 miliarde euro.</p>

<p>Numarul cazurilor de manageri demisi  abuziv a crescut dramatic incepand cu cea de-a doua jumatate a anului  trecut.</p>
<p>&#8220;Cel mai adesea, se imputa acestora rezultatele slabe obtinute la  conducerea companiilor respective fara ca aceste acuzatii sa fie  sustinute de dovezi solide, care pe de o parte sa confirme  &lt;&lt;vina&gt;&gt; directorilor, iar pe de alta parte sa elimine alte  cauze conjuncturale, cum ar fi criza economica. Solicitarile pe care  le-am primit in sensul apararii drepturilor managerilor s-au dublat in  ultima perioada, majoritatea ajungand, in final, sa se rezolve prin  intelegerea partilor inainte de a fi adresate spre solutionare  instantelor de judecata&#8221;, arata Etienne Oprea, Avocat Partener la firma  de avocatura de business Cozmaciuc Puiu &amp; Oprea.</p>

<p>Cea mai mare tranzactie de pe piata  serviciilor medicale private din Romania a fost finalizata. Centrul  Medical Unirea a incheiat procesul de vanzare a unei participatii  majoritare de 80% catre fondul de investitii Advent International. Este  vorba de cea mai ampla tranzactie de pe piata serviciilor medicale  private din Romania.</p>
<p>CMU a inceput procesul de alegere a unui investitor in urma cu 5  luni, cand  au intrat in cursa 12 investitori interesati de tranzactie.  Ulterior au fost selectati 8 care au intrat pe lista preliminara.  In  final, dintre cei 2 intrati pe lista scurta, CMU a ales investitorul cu  cea mai buna expertiza pe piata romaneasca care sa permita si cea mai  ampla dezvoltare pe piata serviciilor medicale din Romania. Pana la  momentul incheierii tranzactiei, actionariatul CMU s-a impartit intre  fondul de investitii  3i, care a detinut 49% din titluri si medicul cardiolog Wargha Enayati,  care a detinut pachetul majoritar de 51%. In acesti trei ani, cifra de  afaceri a crescut de la 5 milioane de euro la 16.5 milioane euro. In  urma preluarii pachetului de 80% din actiunile CMU, restul de 20% vor fi  detinute de medicul Wargha Enayati.</p>
<p>&#8220;Anii urmatori vor insemna pentru noi implementarea unui plan de  dezvoltare si extindere fara precendent, atat pentru CMU cat si pentru  piata serviciilor medicale din Romania. Bugetul de investitii de 30 de  milioane de euro pe care il alocam, se va regasi, in primul rand, in  deschiderea primului spital greenfield specializat pe chirurgie din  Bucuresti, o investitie de 12 milioane de euro, dar si  intr-o serie de  proiecte importante pe care le avem in plan pentru perioada 2010-2011&#8243;, a  declarat seful CMU, Wargha Enayati, intr-un comunicat de presa.</p>
<p>&#8220;Suntem direct interesati de extinderea pe orizontala, in special in  investitii de tip greenfield. Investitiile ulterioare vor fi finantate  din surse proprii, ca si pana acum, dar si din imprumuturi si din  fonduri puse la dispozitie de investitorii nostri&#8221;, a adaugat Enayati.</p>
<p>Centrul Medical Unirea a inregistrat in 2009 o crestere de 72% a cifrei  de afaceri, atingand o valoare de 69,5 milioane de lei, fiind cea mai  spectaculoasa crestere din piata serviciilor medicale private. Cea mai  mare investitie de 5,5 milioane euro a fost in Maternitatea &#8220;Regina  Maria”, deschisa in decembrie 2008. Recordul de crestere l-a inregistrat  activitatea chirurgicala in cadrul CMU, cu aproximativ 1000 de  interventii in spitalele Arcul de Triumf si Regina Maria. Astfel,  activitatile spitalicesti au contribuit cu peste 2.2 milioane euro in  2009.</p>

<p>Guvernul a aprobat in sedinta de  guvern de miercuri un plafon de garantii de 700 milioane euro pentru  programul Prima Casa in 2010.</p>
<p>Executivul a mai decis si majorarea valoarei garantiei acordate  pentru locuintele noi pana la 70.000 de euro. In cazul persoanelor care  se asociaza in vederea construirii de locuinte, garantia este de  75.000 euro, a explicat Sebastian Vladescu, ministrul Finantelor, citat  de <a href="http://www.wall-street.ro/articol/Finante-Banci/80428/Guvernul-a-decis-Plafonul-pentru-Prima-Casa-este-de-700-mil-euro.html" target="_blank">Wall-Street</a>.</p>
<p>In 2009, programul prima casa a avut un plafon de 1  miliard de euro, din care s-a utilizat doar 60%.</p>
<p><strong>Imobilele construite de ANL vor putea fi cumparate si prin  intermediul programului &#8220;Prima Casa&#8221;</strong></p>
<p>Imobilele construite de Agentia Nationala pentru Locuinte (ANL) vor  putea fi cumparate si prin intermediul programului &#8220;Prima Casa&#8221;, a  anuntat premierul Emil Boc, la finalul sedintei de miercuri a  Guvernului, informeaza <a href="http://www.mediafax.ro/" target="_blank">Mediafax</a>.</p>
<p>Bilant<strong>: 14.567 de  garantii acordate si 2537 dosare finalizate</strong></p>
<p>Pana in prezent au fost acordate 14.567 de garantii prin programul Prima  Casa, in valoare totala de 608, 3 milioane euro, arata datele  prezentate de Fondul National de Garantare a Creditelor pentru IMM.</p>
<p>Potrivit reprezentantilor fondului, media garantiilor acordate la nivel  national este de 41.800 euro si in ca in Bucuresti au fost garantate  cele mai multe locuinte. &#8220;Bucurestiul a ocupat primul loc in topul  garantiilor acordate de stat, respectiv 33% din totalul solicitarilor,  urmat de Cluj, cu o podere a garantiilor acordate de 7,43%, Timis &#8211;  5,46%, Constanta &#8211; 4,5%, Iasi, Brasov si Sibiu cu 3-4% fiecare&#8221;.</p>
<p>Totodata, 49% din totalul imobilelor contractete sunt apartament  de doua camere, urmate de apartamentele de trei camere (23,25%) si  garsoniere &#8211; 15%. Doar 4% dintre romanii care au contractat credite prin  programul Prima Casa au optat pentru cumpararea apartamentelor cu patru  camere si a caselor cu teren, mai arata datele fondului.</p>
<p>Cei mai multi romani au optat pentru apartamente cu o suprafata de 41-50  de metri patrati, in timp ce doat 5% dintre cumparatori si-au permis  sa-si cupere case cu o suprafata mai mare de 85 de metri patrati.</p>
<p>Mai putin de o treime (29%) din imobilele cumparate prin programul Prima  Casa au fost construite dupa 1 ianuarie 2008.</p>
